 Q: Can I have this design (eg BE77) on a different gun model?

A: We can recreate the design you like for ANY gun model. 

If your gun model is not in our list, You can e-mail us the photos of your original grips on your gun with a back side scanned image (300 dpi) of the grips alone that will be enough for us to duplicate.
 

Q: What are design fillers?

A: Design fillers are what we inlay in the empty spaces on the grip after we have placed your personalized text or logos.

All the grips' fillers designs are drawn freehand.

This approach gives us the flexibility to give you up to 10 characters to personalize your name.

Q: How much do I have to top up if I want the same design inlays but have it in full silver?

A: There is no need to top up.

The only time where there will be a price difference is when you would like to have the inlay in gold. When this is the case, please contact us for a quotation before you place the online order.

Q: Do I have to pay extra for you to do the grip for a gun model that is not in your list?

A: There is no need to pay extra to create a custom grip that is not in our gun model list.

Q: Okay I have decided, I will e-mail the images of my existing grips to you and I will like to have the exact same design as CO17, do I need order and pay online now?

A: You can create the online order anytime.

We will only be able to start to work on your grips when we have received (1) the images of your grips and (2) your confirmed order in the system.

Q: I have e-mailed the images of my grips to you to duplicate for my custom designed grips. When will I receive the new grips?      

A: Your new grips will be in your hands in 2 weeks after we have (1) received the images of your grips and (2) the confirmed order. You can check on the status of your order anytime by logging into your account on our website.

Q: I have concerns about entering my personal information on the site. Can I order via email without entering an order online?

  A: You will be pleased to know what our website is secured by GeoTrust SSL and your sensitive personal information will be encrypted before it gets transmitted over the internet.

When your information is in our system, please be assured that we will only use your information for fullfiling your order. You can review our Website Security Policy and Privacy Policy for futher information.

Entering your order online will allow us to manage your order more efficiently and you will be able to check on your the status/progress of your order by logging into your account anytime .  

Q: Do you have custom Ivory grips?

A: We used to but we have made a management decision not to product any more ivory grips in an effort to do our bit in the preservation of the Elephant population in the world. Elephants are beautiful and magnificent animals and they should be protected. All the custom grips produced from Handmade Grips do not involve using body parts of endangered animals.
